About me
I am a neuroscientist. My interest in biology and psychology led me to focus my studies on the brain, with its trillions of connections a fascinating organ that allows us to entertain social relationships, generate art and science, but which is still poorly understood, and this hampers our progress in treating neurodegenerative brain disorders like Alzheimer’s disease.

I combine research with teaching, sci comm and
advocacy on womens health. Scroll down for
my academic activism actions.
My professional mission is to cure Alzheimer's. To this end, I validate and apply cutting-edge preclinical models of complex human diseases. I want to understand how environmental factors like diet, stress, pollution or hormones contribute to the development of dementia.
My personal mission is to engage more girls and women for science. In order to achieve this, I developed a fun and interactive workshop and through the Girls Leading Science initiative. Find more about my actions via the link Education in the menu above.
